Applying the Cynefin Framework

The systems that comprise our world vary in complexity. What does that mean in terms of our strategy in approaching challenges?

Many of the difficulties we see today arise from a persistent mismatch of approach and situation. Dave Snowden’s Cynefin framework gives us a simple way to recognize the degree of complexity in any system. This allows us to meet different situations with appropriate techniques.
